Refund Policy
Refunds are offered via credit to the users
PreownedWoodworking.com account in the event of non-paying
buyers for an item being sold.
Refunds are NOT offered directly to a VISA, Paypal or other
charge account (this policy is intended to discourage scammers
and other fraudulent activity related to Paypal and credit
card usage).
PreownedWoodworking.com does not refund any advertising charges or shipping
charges; only the commission on the sale charged is eligible
to be refunded.
A refund on the listing commission will be issued when the
original item is re-listed on the site, negative feedback is
left for the defaulting buyer where appropriate and the user
submits both the original lot number and the new lot number
to customer support for verification.
PreownedWoodworking.com will not offer refund for any reason after 30 days
from the date of the closure of the auction lot.
How do you receive the refund for an item?
In order to qualify for a refund the user must contact PreownedWoodworking.com
Customer Support. This may be completed by faxing the information

as a written record of the request is required to complete
a refund request. Confirmation of your request for refund will
be sent to the email associated with your account. For all
correspondence, please include your username and email address
so that we may properly credit your account.
